Return policy: Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item for a full refund if the item are in mint condition (i.e. unopened/unused), but only if you contact us before sending the items back. You pay for the return shipping cost (please wrap the item carefully), unless weve done something wrong.
Something wrong with our delivery: Please contact us within 8 days of recipt of your order. Well instruct you how to send the item back.
Warranties: The normal warranty time in Sweden is 3 years. If anything happens to your item during this time contact us and well inform you what to do. Normally you (the customer) pay for the return shipping cost. All warranties are decided by respective manufacturer and not by us. If its not possible for us to decide if the fault is covered by the warranty, well have to check with the manufacturer before measures are taken. Note, in order for the warranty to comply youll have to had used the item according to the manufacturers instructions.
